Account Deletion Policy

Effective Date: 15/08/2026

You can ask Delulu Maps to delete your account and the personal information associated with it.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to delulumaps@gmail.com.
2. Send the email from the address linked to your Delulu Maps account.
3. Use Account Deletion Request as the subject.
4. Include your registered email address and any account details that will help us identify your account.

What happens next

After we receive and verify your request, we will process the deletion within 30 days. We may contact you for reasonable identity verification before starting the process.

We will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify your account information, Passport entries, notes, and photos. We will send a confirmation when the deletion is complete.

Important information

• Logging out or uninstalling the App does not delete your account.
• Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, accounting, or backup purposes.
• If information must be retained, we will keep it only for the required purpose and period.
